Gail Miller has enjoyed a long association with the BAS Group and brings a wealth of experience to the role. She is a former employee of the Company where she held the position of Head of Human Resources from 1984 to 1995 and was subsequently appointed as a Director in 1996. She has served as Deputy Chair for the past 8 years. Ms. Miller states “I am very pleased to now take over the reins as the Board Chair, given my experience and history with the Company I feel well positioned to work along with my fellow Directors and the Leadership team to continue the forward momentum of the Companies as we continue to grow and expand our services to our clients.” Ms. Miller has recently retired from Everen Limited where she held the position of Vice President, Human Resources & Administration for the past 18 years.
Michael Leverock has been a Director of BAS for the past 5 years and is an executive level professional who has Board and C-Suite experience. He is a board member of the Bermuda Monetary Authority, an independent director of offshore infrastructure investment funds, and has served on local company Boards. Michael has formerly chaired the Bermuda Energy Commission and the Professional Engineers Registration Council.
Navi, a certified CPA, CMA with over 20 years of expertise in strategy, financial planning, analysis, and reporting, leads the BAS Group of Companies. In her pivotal role, she oversees subsidiary companies, Finance, Human Resources, and all Corporate and Administrative functions. Navi’s responsibilities include developing, monitoring, and evaluating the Group’s corporate strategy alongside business unit leaders, with a focus on prioritizing bottom-line performance, efficient working capital management, and maximizing shareholder value.

Chris Wright is an experienced senior operations leader who brings nearly 40 years of knowledge to the company, with 20 years in various senior management roles. Chris is a knowledgeable expert in service delivery, customer relations, contract administration and negotiations. With an emphasis on financial management and budgeting, he is also dedicated to continuous improvements in processes, solution generation and people development which have been the main contributors to his successive growth. Through a customer first approach, Chris is focused on building operational efficiencies to develop sustainable processes, solid supporting systems and maintaining longterm relationships with both staff and clients. Chris is responsible for the operations of BASFM including coordinating and integrating all aspects of facilities management and cleaning, financial analysis, project planning and business continuity.

Steven possesses over 15 years of Technical Elevator and project management experience with extensive qualifications specifically as a certified elevator inspector, certified facility manager (BOMI International), certified general management (AMA) OSHA 10 safety training courses and fundamentals of infection control. Steven leads a team of technical elevator mechanics at Otis Bermuda to ensure development and modernization of elevators on time and within budget.

Chantelle is a qualified CPA with over 15 years of experience with financial reporting. Chantelle is responsible for all aspects of the finance department including internal and external reporting, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Chantelle supports the finance staff with month-end and year-end close process and ensures quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. She maintains quality, integrity and consistency in all financial activities within the group.
